ToolNest provides 99 free tools on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, with no warranty of accuracy, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose. Calculators and estimators on this site provide general estimates only and should not be treated as professional financial, medical, legal, or tax advice.
Your Responsibility
Since most tools process files locally in your browser, you are responsible for keeping backups of your original files before using any editing, converting, or merging tool. ToolNest is not liable for any data loss, inaccuracies, or damages resulting from the use of our tools.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ToolNest for any unlawful purpose or to attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the site. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool at any time without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
The ToolNest name, logo, design, and underlying code are the property of ToolNest. Any file, text, or image you upload or create using our tools remains entirely your own property — we claim no ownership or rights over your content.

No Professional Advice
This point deserves its own section because the risk is real. ToolNest includes calculators covering money, health, property, tax and legal documents, and every one of them performs arithmetic on figures you supply rather than assessing your situation. An investment projection is only as sound as the return rate you typed in, and no rate is guaranteed. A body mass index or calorie figure is a population average, not a diagnosis. A contract or rent agreement draft is a starting structure, not a document reviewed against the law of your province or state. A Zakat calculation follows a common scholarly position on which opinions differ. Before acting on any output where money, health, property or legal standing is at stake, consult a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.
Availability and Third-Party Libraries
The site is provided as-is and as-available, with no guarantee of uninterrupted service. Tools may be changed, merged into a combined studio, or withdrawn without notice, and older links may be redirected to a replacement. Several tools depend on open source libraries loaded from public content delivery networks, including PDF rendering, QR generation and peer-to-peer transfer libraries. If one of those networks is unavailable, the tool that depends on it may not load, which is outside our control. Those libraries execute in your browser and do not receive your files or personal information through ToolNest, but they are governed by their own licences and terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolNest is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this site, including lost data, lost profit, missed deadlines, or decisions taken on the basis of a calculated figure. Because tools operate on your own device and we never receive a copy of your file, we cannot restore anything that is damaged or lost during editing, converting or merging. Keeping a backup of the original before you use any tool that modifies a file is your responsibility and is the only reliable protection.
Advertising
ToolNest displays advertising to fund free access. Advertisements are placed with deliberate separation from action buttons so you do not click one by mistake, and no tool requires you to view or interact with an advertisement before producing a result. We do not control the content of individual advertisements served by our advertising partners, and the appearance of an advertisement does not constitute an endorsement of that advertiser, product or service by ToolNest.
